    Default dieta nutritionist lygia alexandrescu

    Buna.
    Vreau sa dau un sfat fetelor care incerca sa piarda in greutate.NU se slabeste prin infometare ci printr-un regim echilibrat.
    Dupa ani multi in care am incercat orice chestie care aparea pe net si nu stiu care ultim truc am ajuns la concluzia ca singura scapare o reprezinta un medic nutritionist.
    Si am ales:Lygia Alexandrescu.
    Regimul este acelasi in fiecare zi si din 2 in 2 saptamani se schimba.
    Tin o astfel de dieta de 7 saptamani si am slabit 6 kg.Stiu ca e putin dar am tras si chiulul(dulciurele mai ales)
    Ce vreau sa va spun:se slabeste frumos doar daca ai rabdare si nervi de otel.
    Va scriu aici ultimul meu regim in speranta ca veti fi interesate de el.
    Succes si daca prezinta interes revin cu o noua dieta peste 2 saptamani.

    Dieta se schimba pt ca organismul se invata repede cu o anumita alimentatie si nu vom mai slabi.
    Acest regim e cu 1500 calorii ,celalalt avea 1400.
    Se diversifica ca sa fie bine atat pt cel care il urmeaza(pt a nu se plictisi) cat si pt a obtine rezultate cat mai bune.

    dieta de care vorbeam:


    REGIM ALIMENTAR
    (aproximativ 1500 kcal)

    Mic Dejun (9:00)
    - carne de pui sau un ou fiert
    - rosie, castravete, ardei gras
    - cascaval de vaca (50 g)
    - doua felii de paine
    - cafea


    Gustare (11:00)
    - grapefruit sau ananas sau pere sau kiwi sau portocale sau pomelo sau mere (250 g)


    Pranz (14:00)
    - vita la gratar sau la cuptor (150 g)
    - legume la abur: ciuperci, broccoli, conopida, fasole verde
    - o felie de paine de secara
    - ceai de plante


    Gustare (16:00)
    - grapefruit sau portocale sau prune sau kiwi sau nectarine (250 g)


    Cina (18:30 – 19:30)
    - o felie de paine de secara
    - lapte batut sau Sana (400 ml)
    - ceai antiadipos in caz de constipatie.



    Lichide permise: apa plata sau minerala, ceai de plante.

    - cafea scuze ca ma mir asa...dar eu nu as reusi sa mananc de dimineata carne legume ...maxim paine cu marmelada sau cafea cu lapte si un corn pot manca...eu de obicei beau o ceasca imensa de lapte cu cafea cu cereale sau un croisant...eu cred ca e mai sanatos un asa mic dejun...celelalte componente (carne-legume)le-as lasa pt pranz sau cina

    mie mi se pare ca sunt mult prea multi carbohidrati

    iar citricele, sunt acide...rar recomandata la dieta
